Friends since college, owners Mike Paramore and Keith Rogers have always shared the same desire to help others and find meaning in the statement “Do it Right”. With several years of experience in the sports world, the two began to notice something was missing and saw it as an opportunity. Mike and Keith took their “Do it Right” mission, their love for creating custom apparel, and got to work.

As a result, in January 2014, 323 Sports was born.

Based in Raleigh, NC, 323 Sports’ main focus is team sports, including everything from uniforms, and team apparel, to sideline and coaching attire. 323 also provides custom apparel and products to schools, organizations and other various groups all over the country.

This company was built on a connection, and Keith & Mike remain committed to building relationships with schools, organizations and people to help them look and feel their best with custom apparel. The name 323 Sports is derived from Colossians 3:23 – Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the
Lord rather than for men …” and we remain rooted in our mission and work to “Do it Right.”
