We at Happy Valley Processing, Inc. are committed to bringing a wholesome product to our customers with humane handled beef and pork.

In 2002 my father and longtime friend passed away and left myself, Donald F. Palmer, Jr. and my son to carry on the legacy that he started 42 years ago. We also began doing custom slaughtering and private labeling of grass fed beef, pastured pork, lamb and goats.
